School Bus Driver Ignores Flashing RR Crossing Lights and 1 of only 14 SD50-3's!!!!!!!!

Oh and in many states, bus drivers do NOT have to stop when there is a signal at the crossing.... though most bus companies require buses to stop anyways.

She might have just made the decision to go when the lights started flashing... i've had that happen before, and theres nothing left to do but floor it and get across the crossing...

Why do bus drivers bother to follow the rule and stop, open the door and check the crossing (when I was riding school buses they also made all us kids be quiet) if this is what they're going to do when there's actually a train coming?

My god, Keith! Two insane things at once. Next time that happens write down the bus line and #, and call it in, I did that when I saw the same thing in Hopewell, NJ on the CSX Trenton Line. The driver was suspended, especially since it was a special education bus, and it was carrying children. AWESOME catch on that SD50-3! Supposedly their cabs are INSANELY comfortable. What a lashup!
