I don't know how anyone was expecting Mosley to be competitive when he's obviously shot. He was coming off another horrible performance against Mora so this result shouldn't really come as a surprise. The only reason Arum selected him as Pacquiao's opponent is because he assumed it would result in a certain ko by Pac against a name opponent.
