I'm fortunate enough to live 20 min away from Holts in Philly who often stocks several sizes at very reasonable prices. They limit you to 5 per day but for under 200 bucks you can acquire a box, sans box.
I get them for around the 12-18 range also.. However, there are many cities where these runs pretty dry and they hike up the premiums. The basic Supply vs Demand.
If those of you get them for around 15 a stick, consider yourself lucky. Heck at a Seattle Shop I use to go to, they use to have a 1 stick per day limit on the Opus X..
@dirtybhole12 Most Cigars are wrapped in Cellophane (what you call plastic), If the Opus X is wrapped in Cello there's gotta be a good reason to do so. From my experience, it helps keep contamination from happening, and if one of your cigars does get contaminated, well, it's isolated.

@Glockg23 Usually double chateau and perfecton I smoke or torpedo all run 22.00$ my friend has them in stock ALL year around every year he has a special contract with carlito and cynthia fuente who I had the pleasure to meet. The place is called Stoogies fine cigars in Miami Florida I can get you the number If you want. I'd reccomend ordering the 10 pack of the new god of fire maduro 6x60. Out of this world to say the least!

You just have to keep looking and you can get them for cheap.
in DE you can get them for $14.50 a cigar (Super Belicoso)
