ive got 2 questions, hope you guys can help me please:

1) if i jailbrake my ipod touch, can i still add the apps from itunes store as well as the cydia ones?

2) do you need an internet connection for the xgps or? basicly how does it work

If you jailbreak you ipod touch then you can still sync the appsthat you downloaded with itunes, but you CANNOT SYNC the app with cydia.

well, xGPS, is only for iphone 3G/3GS because the ipod touch doesn't have GPS.

you can download a map cache file on the app so if you don't have internet just use the pre-downloaded maps. And you can view it in landscape mode.

I think you could do this on the iPod touch but you need to buy this mini chip to plug into the bottom of your iPod. Try going to google and type GPSchip for iPod touch
