I made this with After Effects. My first video, so it took me about 3 days to make these awesome 30 seconds :P

I believe Clyde is Mysterion. In the beginning when Cartman goes to school and tells people about Mysterion, you can see Clyde being very tired for no particular reason...

It's most likely to be Clyde. In the beginning when Cartman is giving his "show-and-tell" you can see that Clyde is very tired during his speech. That's because he is tired from staying up at night fighting crime! ;)
