Right. None of this is the learners fault. If a learner driver is making mistakes it's the driving instructors fault. I think it is exams because at :50 he says something like "disqualifikuja" and the girl goes like nee nee(no no) like she is unhappy because of it. In my country (estonia) cameras are in only in government controlled exam cars so i belive it might be similar in Poland.And in exams nobody tells you what to or how to do ;) only where to go. It dosn't hurt to think before yourself and analyze.Peace.
