LOL the funny part about this is that Lance was probably at like 50% of his max heart rate...probably like 85 or something and he was talking on the phone, and you were sprinting the whole way and panting your ass off and sweating like a pig (probably at like 95% of your max heart rate). I'd like to see you stick with him in a time trial. I doubt you could even with a motorcycle.

he tried to use the C)2, pumped it, then pulled it off and threw it away (which is the sound of CO2 still coming out of the cartridge). He then feels the tire and it's still a bit soft, so he goes to get the cartridge (or pump thingy) again, but it's toast. He then decides to just ride it as is, with like half pressure.

Not sure why he wasn't set up tubeless. I assume he was, but if the tubeless setup leaked that bad, a CO2 pump wouldn't have helped.

He probably re-inflated the tire with a co2 pump, then realized that he had a broken tube, so it wouldn't stay fixed, so he kept riding with the tire flat.

Lance Armstrong is a media savvy professional athlete. As such he knows he not only has to allow camera access to his "thrill of victory" but also to moments indicating the "agony of defeat" (he was 20 minutes ahead of Dave Weins at this point, but didn't know it). I've been filming Lance for nearly twenty years and it would be way out of character for him to even think of throwing something at me.

I'm the camera guy in the video and remember thinking that throwing away a CO2 cartridge in the National Forest was not a particularly politically correct act. It served Lance right that he had to retrieve it to try to get the remaining air. However, I'm a paid observer, not the litter police, so I doubt I would have picked up after him.
