They used a capture card.

I have a Slingplayer, which send your TV's signal to your computer through your internet connection. You get better quality if you are on the local area network (I was).

I simply captured that feed on the computer.. So no capture card was used.

There are many other tools you can use though, a quick Google or Youtube search should be fruitful.
