The band should let Gers at home while they're touring or at least backstage.It's a shame to masssacre Adrian Smith's solo like he does everytime he plays a Smith's solo.Maybe he's a good composer but he is completly useless on stage , he just downgrade the band performance.

I just wish Jannick would concentrate on what he is playing, instead of dancing about like a tit. His solos are really mediocre, I htink if he put in more effort into what he was playing instead of showing off, he would annoy far less people. With Maiden the music always came first, not the posing, but Jannick breaks htis rule, and people give him a hard time for it - and its deserved IMHO. Just concentrate on what you are playing, mate, please!

Besides, Janick may not be the most precise guitar player ever, but everybody has their flaws, and Janick is incredibly unique, nobody plays like him, and he kicks ass. He is also a great performer. Do I wish sometimes that Adrian got to play some of his own solos, or what used to be solos that he played? Yes, however, it is impossible to deny that Janick has been a great asset to the band! Besides, he's only been in the band since 1990, lol! UP THE IRONS!!!!!

@clauxd93 On this song and some others I really agree. Di'Anno was really great as well, but to me Dickinson is immortal. I went to a Di'Anno show right before he was sent to prison, and it was a great show, but his singing abilities are not as great as they used to at all :p I met him backstage and he was really cool. I have a lot of respect for both of them and what they done. Instead of comparing them I compare Maiden with other bands: How many bands can say they have two such great singers?

Ahh gotcha. Yeah some people like him other people don't. He is a good song writer and has a great stage presence. He has a very free form of soloing, it's never the same and you can tell him apart from Dave and Adrian on the recorded albums. I personally like him and obviously Maiden does too or they wouldn't keep him in the band.
