Why are you all talking about ´Midnight Express´ when this is clearly called ´A Memory of a Midnight Express´ and has nothing at all to do with Alan Parker´s film?

It's absolutely incredible how some people just can't accept the truth. Midnight Express is a great movie based on a true story. The moral of the story? Don't visit Turkey .. come to beautiful Greece instead!

...i wonder how much money Turks gave the actor to change the story...Anyway , the movie is a brilliant film based on a true story , made by Alan Parker and Oliver Stone and describes how an American was charged,arrested and tortured in Turkish jails...the music is great too...
