But now I have Sims 3 so I'm happy. :3

In black & white 1 you cant get armies. It's better than b&w2 because its more adventurous and it gets u involved wiv ur and others villages but black & white 2 everything is so simple. B&W1 is more of a challenging game than the sequel. I completed the second one in 2 weeks. You also get a wider choice of creatures as well.

Do you have to fight for your villagers life in black and white?? Ive got black and white 2, and its freaking awesome (never tried 1, though) but i struggle A LOT at one of the lands where there is this big ass tiger that constantly beat up my white wolf. and the people i share the land with are mad killers. I want pease to rule the land but those idiots wont listen, and its getting too hard to make them stay away of my people. is black and white 1 the same trouble as nr 2??

Molneaux always seems to go back and forth between this 'we don't want game menus taking people out of the experience' phase. Black and White one didn't have a single menu, and that system worked for the game! Black and White two, had over a dozen menus! Then he pulled the card again in Fable 3, which didn't work for the game very well at all

Black and White one and two are both good games, but what would have made two superior was combining more elements from the first. Such as your interactive citadel. Multiplayer. The creature combat from the first. A threat of actually losing. While playing 2, I never once feared I would lose. I don't even know if there's a 'game over' screen.

Also what the second one was missing was a human connection with your people. It was just mostly about city building.

Hope they make 3 better.

It was a good game but it's a little overrated.

I'm not saying it sucks. It's good but it's replayability is lacking. After playing GalCiv2, I never came back to this game.

Black and white 2 isn't that bad.. apart from the fact you have to buy everything and i don't like the fact u can make armies. the natural disasters are cool and theres more buildings which is a bonus, i think they should make another version of black and white 1 with more buildings then it'll be perfect =]

They fixed the graphics and physics but the gameplay was weak in comparision with black & white 1.

if you mean beaten in the way of: you cant do anything yes. but what i mean is in black and white 1 you see your temple burning and it is totally game over you have to restart all over again. in black and white 2 you only hear your angel say "leader i think you should restart the land" which doesnt really feel like you got beaten. that is the point i try to make. and i do like the game nonetheless it is a great game and i have a lot of fun playing it even today.

It's how ever long you want it. There's honestly no limit. Second, the hand is the GOD, the animal is your Creature...somewhat like a virtual pet XD, you can raise them from child to adult, trust me they get HUGE! And the creatures can fall in love with other creatures. But this trailer is an early version of black and white. The tiger looks different on the game, not to mention the creature battles are also different from this trailer.
