Of course, you have to understand one of the main reasons behind this is that Korean's have difficult time finding normal jobs, so they are in a sense forced to work for something a bit underground, like gambling.

Actually, I don't know why N.Koreans are even allowed in Japan. If money from gambling or other businesses are funneled into N.Korea, then it should be considered funding for terrorism. N.Korea's political stance is very hostile towards everyone, especially towards S.Korea! They blackmail the world with their weapons.

While I have sympathy for their desperate people, I have NONE for those who live freely elsewhere and still support their brutal regime.
