@tensonflow I'd get the h50, in push pull it should be cooler, and also it won't blow the hot air onto the rest of your components

@guardion2 Its a great solution but it only provides (for me) a ~3 degree drop in temp at load over a Hyper 212 plus (with an extra fan for push pull) at standard clock rate and no difference when OC'd

and the hyper 212 cooled the ambient temps of the case more

just installed it on my system, temps dropped around 5-6 degrees (40c) on idle and around 4 degrees on full load (48c). not bad on a overclocked 9850 and a step up from an ocz gladiator max. the led light isn't that bright though, hardly covers my case with light,

yes the CNPS990ALED model will ork on AM2, AM2+, and AM3. I have this on my Phenom II 965 (MBOX) and it is a must have for that processor!

mine fits fine in my old Antec 900 case and the fan on the back of the case lines up perfectly with it. Then after installing it i finally had the balls to overclock my i7 920 to a nice stable 3.66Ghz which runs at 37C idle and 70 Full Load on Prime 95.

this cools a q9550 to 33c when installed by a 13 yr old, so im not sure if i did it right... im getting the 9500 for me, this one is huge huge huge, the 9500 is a mini version of this and performs almost as well, no LEDs tho, this I would recommend a full tower case to put it in, it would never fit in a mid tower.
