I think Armenian Brandy Company, Armentel and so many other companies were sold by Levon not by Serzh. Moreover it was Levon and his criminal HHSh who ruined Nairit and Armenian Nuclear Power station. People of Armenia emigrated from Armenia when Levon was in power. Now when he is not in power a lot of them return back to Armenia. levon was the first one who resisted to any attempts to recognize Karabakh or mention anything about genocide in the declaration of independence of Aug 23 1990.
From business point of view: The nuclear plant, the energy grid, the railway transport grid, the telecom industry, mining, metalurgy ALL belong to Russia. The nuc plant was handed over for 10 Mio USD !!!! All by Robert and Serj.
Outflux of people has been a regular flow since independence under all presidents (including LTP). The 'return' phenomenon is insignificant.

The telecom industry was robbed by Levon and Vazgen and sold to Greeks. The nuke plant was first closed by Levon and his band. The return of people even being insignificant is still something that happened when ROb was in power. Levon couldnt built a single public toilet even in Opera Square where he used to have his demonstrations and meetings. Armenian real estate prices jumped when Rob came to power, who also made so much recovery in the earthquake zone.
