  • @poplandsouth

Hi there! Please check out video 10 - I share how I make and use another recipe. I apply this vid's combo of powder the same way. I hope this helps.

  • Great video love the instrumental music too

  • @mya32189

    Hey there! Thank you!

  • Have you ever thought about using an electric mixer or blender to mix your spices? It helps to blend them better so that all the spices oils and liquids can permeate properly.

Thanks for the great advice. I loaded one of your videos to my group page on FB.

  • @EnChristosEime4life

Hi there! Never thought of using a blender. It is a good idea.

Thanks for sharing my video on FB. :-)

  • Oh wait a minute I got a question it may sound a bit of a stupid one. But castor oil can be use for men with hair loss right? Its not just for women right?

  • @RussX5Z

Not a stupid question...Castor oil is for men and women. Since some women use it for thining edges, I think it will be fine for you, too. I hope you see results!

  • @NappyNFree Thank you very much for your humbleness. And I will pray, hope, and try my best for it to work. Thank you very much for your help! =)

  • Do these work for male pattern baldness? And do you sell these? Because I made an order to Lass Cosmetics from India for the IHT shampoo for hair loss and it hasn't arrived for almost 6 months!! And I'm panicking because that's the only shampoo that stops my hair loss and grows new hair. I'm looking for a substitute at the moment and you're product seems similar to that. Please help me if you can I'd appreciate it.

  • @RussX5Z

Oh, gosh, I don't know. It is a very good question. I don't sell anything...sorry.

Have you tried rogain? That may help. I know castor oil may promote hair growth and women with thinning edges have reported growth. Currently, I am using castor oil on my edges. It is too soon to see any results, but my fingers are crossed.

  • @NappyNFree No fuck Rogaine! Ha ha ha!!! I've had people tell me about Rogaine a million times. But I know you are trying to help. Castor oil! I will do a research on that! Thank you!

  • @RussX5Z

Whoops! Didn't mean to touch a tender subject! LOL!

I hope the castor oil can help!

  • @NappyNFree No problemo! I just ordered castor and almond oil online. I'm going to mix those up with my essential oils for hair loss and see how it works. I'm hoping for the best!

  • I love your videos. They are very helpful. ETA: Keep the lid on your EO until you use it. They evaporate quickly

  • @SimplyZeal

I am glad they help. I have making them.

    Thanks for the tip!

  • Interesting! Does it mess with oyur texture at all?

  • @supersunny215

    I don't think so...at least I haven't observed that with my hair.

  • Do the Ayurvedic Powders "relax/ loosen the curl pattern like henna? thx great vid.

  • @thunter81

    I don't think so...at least I haven't observed that with my hair.

  • Uhh?? BASIL OIL? What's THAT for?

  • @karenbcz22

Hi there! Basil essential oil improves circulation to your scalp and helps hair grows fuller and stronger.

  • this is all new to me, and I'm fascinated! Thanks so much!

Now I want to research and find out how to make a cleansing paste with these ingredients, I'm switching to natural products and I'm yet to find a shampoo I like D=

What do you shampoo your hair with?

  • @PurpleFairyWings

Hi there! I use an Alterna shampoo. I have been using Alterna for years; I like their products. Now, you can use the pastes to cleanse your hair. I am not sure what combo of powders/oils you would use. There are two cleansing powders: Aritha (sp?) and Shikakai.

  • @NappyNFree Thanks for letting me know! Alterna seems great, but it's a bit out of my budget D=

I'll look for the cleansing powder around here, I'm quite curious! ^ ^

  • These videos are sooo helpful and I am excited because I actually have these powders already! just a couple of questions: Would you use this as a prepoo, or IN PLACE OF shampooing? How often do you use this? Would you say that this combo or the other combo (with the Maka) has been more helpful to thickening your hair (which looks great by the way!)? I have had my powders for close to 6 months and have only used the Amla. LOL I do Henna treatments once a month and use Brahmi oil. Thanks!

  • @cheathamk

I looove hearing that my videos help. :-)

I use the powders before shampooing. I pre-poo with oil (formally known as a hot oil treatment :-) and then I apply the paste. Afterwards, I shampoo my hair once, although I have read that other ladies don't shampoo because the powders having cleansing properties (esp the shikakai). Both recipes have made my hair strands denser and stronger. However, it seems like I have had more growth with the Kalpi Tone. I LOVE Kalpi Tone!
