No a Praise Break is a "Body of Christ" thing. The bible says LET EVERYTHING THAT HAS BREATH...PRAISE THE LORD! When we "break" to praise Him, we take a break in our routine to just tell Him THANK YOU! You can have a lunch break at work when you need to eat...so you can have a PRAISE BREAK when you need to say THANK YOU!!! Praise will BREAK the shackles off of you. The bible says in Act 16:25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

Act 16:26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. So you see here that PRAISE broke the shackles off of Paul and Silas...I wonder what it will do for us? If we praise the Lord, HE will break us out of whatever is holding us captive. So there you have it-- A PRAISE BREAK!
