I was listening to James Morrison on youtube, and someone told about this norweigian musician, so i decided to check him out. I've been listening to everthing i could find from him for the past 2 days now. This is... beyond words. Such talent, amazing. Often you hear these talented musicians who are only focusing on the technical skills, but the interpretation has no feeling, no connection to the song or text. He has mad skills, technique, unique voice and passion for what he does. I'm in love.

There's no formula for making great art like this, but bullshit pop music has been slight variations on the same formula for decades now. It boils down to a cost/benefit analysis for these big labels, and they KNOW that people will buy the bullshit pop, but artists like this are hit and miss with the general public. It's a sad but true part of our music culture.
