Try using the M98B since it is the strongest sniper in the game, it might cause of the stopping power of the bullet not a "game limitation".

Helicopter blades can kill but it doesn't work on teammates (unless you're playing HC). I've been killed by the blades of an enemy's chopper when trying to hijack it by parachuting on top of it. What ended up happening was that it was a scout chopper that I was trying to steal, and one of the enemies spawned in it as I was about to take it. When they took off (with me on top of the chopper), I died immediately.
