I cannot tell anything from the video. The focus is so poor. Like at 2:08, I would say it looks somewhat humanoid, but by 2:28 it looks like a bunch of balloons moving around.  I would call it interesting, but not of a quality to call evidence.

This is a complete hoax... its an elaborate flying remote control object.. inside a "humanoid" type of figure. Every time of footage out there from bigfoot to a UFO is always too far away, out of focus, and the camera seems to move too much.

This was over 1500 to 2,000 ft high and estimated 10 ft tall according to some debunkers who can't debunk this. 2 TV shows tried debunking this with balloons and failed miserably. It was as cool as hell and nothing compares to this. It looked like a legoman through the binoculars though

hey rich you should watch a programme on the bbc called james may's big ideas. there is one about personnal flying vehicles.this looks remarkably like one of the inventions that is based on a personnel helicopterinvented by an american aviation specialist. the thing could fly as it was out of the prototype stage but the american aviation authorites would not let him fly it more than 15 feet of the ground. maybe your seeing him flying it in secret.

This is absolutely amazing. There are some videos that are really close up but the quality on those are even poor but this shows a lot of detail from being far away. It would have been amazing to see what you saw through binoculars.

The gear was amazing and the helmet was golden and octagon shaped with a very dark mask but I really couldn't tell if it was dark or tinted or what. The gear looked like scuba equipment with black holes in the back and the shoes were also octagon shaped with one black hold in the center. But The object changed direction once it stopped for a moment and then just out of nowhere started to turn the opposite direction almost coming back to the beginning point where I saw it. I have it all on tape. You can see the object stop, almost hover and then pick up speed to match the speed you see here in the beginning. That's what's so interesting. Part 2 tonight!

What's interesting if your object is indeed a jet pack being flown by something, then you could presume that the jet pack was possibly made of metal. If so, then the object should had been easily detected on radar since the object seems to be somewhat high in the air. Have you checked that scenario for radar hits? Because of the size of the object, radar may have still detected something in the air.
