  • 4:26 That's what she said :p

  • wtf this is horrible..confusded me more and i already know how to do it

  • wtf? ur 1st vid is with good recording of the screen and in the 2nd not? wth?

  • Great job

  • Thanks man, big help.

  • Ever heard of screen recording software?

  • @izvarzone Ever heard of a FREE tutorial?

  • You were shamed by Smashing Magazine. Ha!

  • @kris860911SA link pls!

  • If you just recorded something, how can you just start warping it? Or do you have to save it as a wav file, then reload it, then warp it?

  • sick vid man, i've been wondering how to do that, thanks heaps

  • what is warping exactly?

  • @lagasolina25 he answers that in the first 30 sec of the vid lol

  • @lagasolina25 it's that sort of symphonic sound that bands such as 'The Bloody Beetroots' and 'MSTRKRFT' use

  • nice warping video dude

  • Hi there i need some help! i have Ableton Suit 8, and every time when i open a new project the demo appears so i have to delete everything to set all to default, how can i open a new project with 0 modifications? HOWEVER having just say that i have a real true problem because as a default i have tracks on 120 BPM then when i put playing some audio or MIDI the hole track is not at 120 but with a ridiculous high speed ;/ besides that im only mixing at 20 because its equal to 120 any idea????????

  • That's not warping anything, mate- you mapped the beat. Warping would be adjusting the beatmapping process to make a track that was recorded with a real drummer usable, for example- or dealing with breaks/shifts in tempo.

  • download camtasia studio from youtube mate love the tut ;D

  • Download FRAPS or something man - very difficult to see what's going on

  • When i click & drag the yellow marker, the whole track is moving with it. I can't move it independently from the track?!

  • nice tut. everyone seems to do thisa little different. but with the same outcome. good stuff. thanks.

  • i added drums but even th ough its warped and same BPM it doesnt sync..

  • a very nice tut. Perfect and to the point

  • easy on a drum machine beat try a live rock song buddy

  • warp? all u did was but the track on beat ....

  • Thats nice

  • dude that is an amzing tutorial - i now know how to warp... question is how do you save your warped mp3s so that you dont have to do it over and over again???

  • Ok i have worked it out just save it as a live set and it saves everything - i was using the save button to the left of the audio track and it wasnt saving the data - just done my 1st perfect mix ableton rocks.

  • omg they must be f****n crazy ;-(

  • it's probably easier to use a kick to check your warping. Set up a drum track with just a four to the floor kick and play it at the same time as your warped track. You'll hear if it's off.

  • also my metronome starts right when i click it rather than when u start the tune like yours...

how do i make it like yours

  • u probably didnt click the stop button and the track is just still playin. Happened to me!!!:D

  • hmm when i move the first line up to the first beat it always makes cliping noises what ami doing wrong its right on point and it still clips..

  • Thanks a lot dude. You helped with this video alot!

  • Very helpful; thanks.

  • haha max youre the man

  • Nice one ;)

  • lol totes drunk

    awesome

  • yeah nice and tight

  • You MUST have been drunk when you did this recording.

  • MUST'VE BEEN DRUNK!!
