A car batter wont shock anyone. It's DC not AC, and only 12 volts. The many urban myths about people being shocked with car batteries are total BS from people without any clue regarding electricity.

Since then I not only replaced it but I also installed a security camera. Thankfully it hasen't happened again but last month my neighbor across the street had his sign stolen. I'm sure the electric sign uses less power then my video camera and VCR recording. I'm serious, please let me know.
