The best attacker (Attack+Sp. Attack) is Flareon, and the worst is Umbreon.

The best defender (Defense+Sp. Defense) is Umbreon, and the worst are Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Espeon (Tie).

But in the end, it really all comes down to how you wan't to use your Eeveelution.

I have answered the age old question of "Who is the best Eeveelution?". The fact of the matter is, it depends on what stat you want your Eeveelution to excell in. Here are my results as to which Eeveelutions have the best stats:

HP=Vaporeon

Attack=Flareon

Defense=Leafeon

Sp. Attack=Espeon/Glaceon (Tie)

Sp. Defense=Umbreon

Speed=Jolteon.

you have to make eevee happy. then you level it up in the daytime. just use eevee a lot. put it in your party. give it plenty of potions and berries. it'll be very happy if u do that! leveling it up a lot helps, too!

no it takes 8,960 Steps . it will take maybe 5 to 10 or even maybe 20 mins. my cousin aldoisthebestdad [jeanluc] got all the eevees. he got pissed while making them hatch. so i dont think you should just run around till it hatches. just play the game till they hatch

hmmm. I didn't use a moss rock I just took him there gave him an exp. share and used a level 100 pokemon to bring him up a level. Level 100s can't gain experience points so they all went to eevee. No moss rock no nothing. You don't need a icy rock for glaceon either.
