You seem to be very educated on the subject of OWS, or at least more than I am. I was wondering if you could explain to me what the goal of these protests are? Believe it or not, but I am sympathetic to the movement. A lot of my friends seem mighty willing to join in, but I'm not sure what we are protesting.

The video made a point, multiple times, of comparing the OPD to the Nazi Party, which I feel is a completely unnecessary. I guess the joke went over your head or something.

The comparison between the Nazi party and the cops is simply what they said they both were just following orders. It's there way of pointing out what following orders can do. @Lady0Pamela I was referring to the kids in the video complaining. I am not much of a supporter of the police but they are necessary and they are following orders to keep their job. Basically doing things they probably do not want to, which is perhaps the most significant component of any job.

None of the are forced to use this violence, none of them are told to wait till occupiers surround a person knocked unconcious and then toss another explosive tear gas canister in the middle of the group. They are just taking creative liberty. They weren't told to punch people or to place their knee in the kids neck until they can't breath they are choosing to. It's all over the internet.

@DoodWinSauce We are not being violent YET. As it escalates, it it just a matter of time. They have been planning stuff like this for decades and know how to get a crowd to do what they want. They just do a little at a time so most do not notice. Violence cannot win and will not win. We need to refocus on what is the problem. That is the Banks, the Federal reserve and the elite who run it. The more we focus on what the cops are doing or trying to do, the less time we spend on the real problems.
