In newly Progressive Lawyer pussified USA this would be illegal. The Progressive Green sustainable environment movement would have the local police citing the drivers for encouraging mud to flow in the watershed, thereby further polluting the rivers. The US EPA 'emmisions' regulations would immediately stop the smoking trucks from moving until they reached federal regulatory compliance. This is reminiscent of a scene from the 'old' industrialized USA. Before 'Progressive' pussification.

Perhaps it's illegal. Most probably this is stealing of wood. But I added this video against Discovery program "USA Loggers". I like Discovery but "USA Loggers" most stupid program I've ever seen.
