timing advance of the fuel injection is quite abnormal , u soon will have not good working engine at all. Try to reduce it to levels near the factory documentation if u want to have it and enjoy it for a long period
@InnerCityMotorwerks intake is from a euro spec early 2000's passat. I think its referred to as a pd150 (because it points to the left side) and a PD130 would point to the right side.
this sound is like a 1.6 and this is TDI :D good engine
