  • November is Epilepsy Awareness Month. Just letting you know.

    Lavender Power!

  • DCIGS!!! Walk with mahh titss, walk walk with mahh tits lmao. Great video :D

  • HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU HAVE A FEDERAL PROGRAM THAT LIMITS ACCESS? THIS ISN'T LIKE A PAP SMEAR

ARGH This is freaking ridiculous. I hope all of you boycott pink ribbon products

  • Take into account that men tend to have better insurance, some of which gets funneled into research. The prostate is also round and unlike breast cancer will be less likely to spread to the lymph nodes. Prostate cancer spreads slower as well. Deaths from prostate cancer 4,100 median age 67. Deaths from breast cancer 5,100 61 median age in Canada so if there is more money funneled into breast cancer research, they aren't getting their money's worth clearly. Stop being a hypochondriac.

  • from my dead uncle who died of prostate cancer, thankyou

  • I thought that 'No-Shave November' was for prostate cancer... but still, no blue ribbons. And that story about that guy with breast cancer? It's ridiculous that they'd refuse treatment! Especially since his family had a history of breast cancer! Anyway, I'm totally wearing a blue ribbon this September, and I'm going to get the word out there!

  • It's because people in general are still children for the most part. YAY TITS/EW BUTT STUFF. Basically what it boils down to. Great video nonetheless.

  • Great VideO !

45 years of "Feminist" Domestic Violence Industry Evil Indoctrination that is now Indoctrinated into Politics, the Government, Courts, Police and General Public, Encouraging an Epidemic of False Accusations of Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence and Rape, that:

    - Women are Victims, All Men are Violent and Rapists!

    - Women need Help and Protection, Men must be Restrained, Prosecuted and Jailed!

  • Women want attention and money, men just want to get on with their day.

  • Those ads are disgusting. I'm speechless, really. Why must they do this shit? Is there a sane reason behind this?

  • Thank you for another excellent, thoughtfull and informative vid. I did not know the statistics involved. However, this situation is easily explained by the fact that these corporations/organisations simply follow the money, or what is most likely to generate the most revenue for them or make their brand name more popular, as they perceive it. Breast cancer won the public relations war and corporate america, the cold blooded bitch that it is, simply followed the money. No sensitivity there.

  • Words cannot describe the frustration I feel about this sort of thing. This is why I separate myself from society as much as possible.

  • This is exactly what it is like where I live. Now, this month, in my town, we have started a new awareness month. Heart disease awareness for women. Is it just me or is that really insulting? They know men can get heart disease as well, but they are only focusing on the women affected by it.

  • Most breast cancer charities fund the abortion industry, which is why they won't be getting one Goddamn penny from me. In any case, all this hubbub over breast cancer is way overblown. It's just another form of cancer, I don't see why I should care any more or less.

  • It is the case that in most instances, that if you ignore Prostate Cancer testing, you will die..

It is a cancer and it will kill you. if you do not get tested you will be saved. I have it and it was located in time for treatment. Way too many die because they do not want to get tested or just put it off. If you are over forty, it's only a blood test these days, GET TESTED or you will regret it.

  • @theignoredgender Society doesn't care for the lives of men. Its so bad that society even views children's lives (our future) less important than women. Now men are waking up and calling out feminists on their bullcrap.

At this point I recommend men try to live as healthy and naturally as possible because the pharmaceutical industry isn't worth it. Its a good thing many men are going their own way and not growing up to be feminist mangina puppets.

  • It's because boobs are sexier compared to prostates lol

  • I was just at my college bookstore and guess what I saw the moment I walk in? Pink binders, pens, backpacks, paper, ribbons, etc in fucking February. I was slightly joking in my previous comment but it's actually true, breast cancer awareness crap lasts all damn year.

I will be going to the dean about this tomorrow as no other cancer or disease gets any recognition at my school despite having nearly equal numbers of male and female students. It's unfair, offensive and pure nonsense.

  • @ThexDynastxQueen

It doesn't surprise me. It's everywhere you turn these days. I'm glad you decided to say something about this to the dean. Let me know what he/she says. I'm curious.

  • @theignoredgender: He decided to give me the run around through his assistant. I told her the issue and she gave me the "bitch please" look but said he'd email me. I waited a 2 weeks, got nothing but went to the bookstore and the breast cancer stuff was gone and still is. There was no prostate or other disease stuff in its place but I deem it a half win. I do doubt that they actually looked for stuff but are there school products/companies that are prostate aware?

  • Good luck with this. If you even get a non form letter response let us know

  • Thank you for this Vinny, as for EVERYTHING you do. I just shared this video on my Facebook page, where so many are up in arms about the current bruhaha about Komen and Planned Parenthood. I wonder how many are going to blast me for DARING to insinuate that men are human beings as well, and how many are just going to unfriend me without a word......

  • I actually go out of my way to not buy any products with the pink ribbon or anything else during breast cancer awareness month and when I do people around me give awful looks and then I ask them if they donated to prostate cancer awareness and they walk away. A mentor of mine is a prostate cancer survivor and I want more men to survive it because the chances are slim.

  • thank you for letting these worthless feminist know the truth

  • in builders merchants in the UK, all year round there is breast cancer awareness themed tools and materials. Pink saws, pink hammers, pink spirit levels and all with "breast cancer" printed on them but nothing for prostate cancer.

This is a builders merchants! these are stores that is almost exclusively used by MEN and yet they will not put any effort to helping an overwhelming portion of their customers.

and just to bolster this, when i brought it up with the staff i was called a misogynist.

  • yesterday was the first time in years had i heard some sort of advancement in fighting prostate cancer, yet every year there is some new way to fight breast cancer.

i will care about breast cancer the moment prostate cancer gets equal funding.

  • --inherently superior. From this concept the misandric propaganda flourished. Feminism was not driven by women's power to change the world... It was driven by an unchangable force;GREED.

  • Women dying from cancer is much more sad than if a man dies for some reason. So companies use this as an advantage to sell more shit by dishing out some pocket change to the feminist cause to put that pink logo on the box. Instant sale boon. The real issue here is not that men are being mistreated, but that profit dictates morality. I enjoy the vids by ignored but i feel he always leaves that part out. Women buy-appeal to women-sell more. And a great way to do that is by making them feel--

  • I think it's because of the tits. Everybody loves them; that's why we poor wimminz get more money. We're selfish bitches, to say the least.

  • @blacktigerpaw1

I never understood why so many people go gaga over tits, they're just sacs of fat.

  • @theignoredgender Haha, true, they are, and they can be annoying most of the time.

  • @theignoredgender An assman I see

  • Women's sports should be more concerned about breast cancer be use its a women's cancer. Men's sports should be more concerned with prostate cancer. MLB players wear blue ribbons for it on fathers day, yet they still won't institute blue bats. I'm a member of a group that's supporting the idea of blue bats on Facebook you should all join too

  • Wow, i didn't even know that October was breast cancer awareness month. I see pink stuff everywhere but I usually just block it out.

  • I didn't even know breast cancer had an awareness month because it's like it lasts all damn year! Go to any US store during any month and you will find some pink ribbon crap no matter where you are.

  • Once again vinny, you do a Kickass video, one of my favorite you tube channels

  • @Zac6230

    Thanks dude.

  • I think Ovarian cancer is the equivalent of prostate cancer

  • @Zac6230 Prostate cancer is over ten times as common as ovarian cancer. As he says in the video, in terms of prevalence, prostate cancer is the equivalent of breast cancer. Since they are both gonads, ovaries and testicles are equivalent. So their cancers may be too. I don't have the prevalence figures though.

  • @dalriada842 I know all that I have a B.sc degree in Physiology,Pathophysiology

  • @Zac6230 Then why did you make a statement you must have known to be a mischaracterisation of the relationship between these two cancers? This only serves to make prostate cancer seem more minor than it is.

  • @dalriada842 I think I was referencing ovaries in reference to prostate which are more directly related to reproductive capacity

  • @Zac6230 I retract my statement about it making "prostate cancer seem more minor than it is". I've just checked the figures. Although prostate cancer is much more likely, and has more than twice the death rate, ovarian cancer has a higher percentage death rate. ie a majority of women who get ovarian cancer die from it. I suppose this is a feature of the ovaries being less accessible for examination. I see other cancers of internal organs have similarly poor outcomes. :(

  • Theres not much of a surptise with this. We live in a capitalist world. A woman who gets sick effects peoples emotions far more. Thats just perfect if you want to make a profit off the emotion and gulibilaty of people especialy since women do more shopping. So my advice is not to ever buy anytging pink. Its not to say breast cancer deserves less awareness simply that little pink logo is bullshit and an attempt to suck more money out of people.

  • *visits links in the description* lol :D

  • To think that a man has it but can't get treated because he's a man is sexist. And I don't say this much because I don't like throwing words around like sexist racist or what have you. But in that case, TJ TheAmazingAtheist did a video probably one the same man with breast cancer, it's pretty blatant.

  • I realize that bring up testicular cancer may be a bit off topic but i think the same thing applies with it as with prostste cancer. We definitely do need more funding and awareness for prosate cancer. And especially for male breast cancer. Men who contract breast cancer will be less likely to spot any changes in the tissue just for the simple fact that they're not expecting that they can get it. (cont.)

  • @HappyAtheist76 Yeah, it would be interesting to know how much more likely a man with breast cancer was to die, in comparison to a woman with breast cancer. I suspect it would be much more likely, as they are denied services available to women and largely ignorant of the risk to themselves.

  • @dalriada842 Yeah exactly.

  • @HappyAtheist76 Actually it's not as bad as I feared, going by the figures in the video link. The death rate for men is just over 21%, compared to just over 17% for women. Still not a great picture though.

  • @dalriada842 Thanks for the added info. I didn't know that :)

  • When I went to the family planning place I noticed alot of pamplets obviously for women but only one for men talking about self check and treatment of testicular cancer. It was NOT comprehensive compared to the other information afforded to women. It's bad enough that alot of men have trouble fessing up to when they have health problems, my dad is finally going to the doctor for his ears after 10+ years of ringing in them, but the lack of information & funding just exacerbates the problems.

  • I think we're aware that breast cancer exists, now if we can just focus that same attention for prostate cancer. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, Prostate Cancer Awareness Month serves no purpose for women and as we all know, the money follows the pussy.

  • In the United States, 1 man in 6 will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime.

SEPTEMBER IS NATIONAL PROSTATE AWARENESS MONTH

If you haven't been checked in a year or more make an appointment NOW.

Get political, contact your local schools and get them to make blue paper prostate cancer assignments. For every product you see with a pink ribbon contact that company and tell them you will boycott their product or service until there is a blue ribbon for Prostate Cancer.

    Follow the Money

  • @lillie1990am I like what you suggest. The cynic in me,though, wonders if the companies won't care about men, because women are the major purchasers for most consumer products.

  • @lillie1990am

Yes.I make it a point to not buy anything with a pink ribbon on it.I'd rather put my money towards a cancer that doesn't have as much funding or attention because it needs it more.

Last year, I e-mailed a pizza place about also using blue boxes for prostate cancer awareness month and I got the whole "we'll consider it for next year" (but we really won't do shit about it) routine. I think you may be right, there is more power in the written word than in a typed word.

  • @theignoredgender

Concerning your local Pizza place, start a petition stating that you want to see blue pizza boxes in Sept. for prostrate cancer awareness month. If they can afford pink they can afford blue. They use pink to get accolades from the community for being concerned. Businesses need to feel they get the same accolades for Prostate Cancer and other male issues. Write, petition and boycott.

  • Your videos are awesome. I love all the work you put into them getting pictures and everything. I had no idea there was a prostate cancer awareness month. Not to mention that men who have prostate surgery cannot even physically have an erection anymore sometimes. It is not only sad how our society treats men it is sad how it is buried deep the way men are hurt by these. I wouldn't be surprised if we are hurt in ways no one even knows yet.

  • great video on a very important topic Vin!

  • @pinegrove33

Thanks. One of the many topics I feel strongly about.

  • Don't forget to note that the old-style breast awareness shirt deal said that the "good way" had him saying "please please please" left and right and standing at least ten feet away. Begging like a damn dog is what they demand of men.

  • @bahamutkod

And he was clearly scared shitless that the woman might hit him yet again if he inadvertently said something that the woman interprets as being out of line. Again, a man being afraid that a woman will hit him...funny; other way around...unacceptable.

  • Another excellent video dude. I will favourite it and keep it in mind to link to in the future. I also shared it.

  • @RockingMrE

    Much appreciated.

  • The only problem with the petition in the description box is that it is addressed to a feminist president (even deemed so by "Ms." Magazine). It is as good as if we were talking to ourselves.

  • I think we need a "Prostate Cancer Awareness Month" Awareness Month

  • @Draginvry2 So true.

  • @Draginvry2 There should be only a Cancer awareness month. But since women have hijacked that month, there should be a "Lower Male Life Expectancy" Month.

  • This breast shit gets more attention (& probably more funding )than all childhood illnesses combined. I DO NOT EVER BUY anything with a pink ribbon on it, I just buy another brand. I NEVER have / will donate a penny to breast cancer crap outside of what they R taking from my tax dollars. All these illnesses/cancers that effect everyone & even childhood only diseases & all motherfuckers can think about is titties. Fuck women's only issues. Even a council on women & GIRLS, Not children, just girls

  • @rexx1234567 I feel the same way. I purposely avoid buying that stuff, because I think they get too big a slice of the cake as it is.

  • Course this should be no surpise to people since we still live in a society where we still do women and children first in times of danger and disaster.

  • @ManSpeakOut It's actually women first then children. Think of abortion, who's life comes first?

  • @rexx1234567 Your right bro, it is women first and then children. Not only in abortion but also in divorces and other areas as well. "If momma ain't happy ain't nobody happy"

  • @johnman1911 Wow! That last statement was dead on!

  • @rexx1234567 When doctors are taking care of a pregnant woman, they are legally classified as two patients. A fetus has legal rights. If a pregnant woman's baby is killed in a car accident, the driver is charged with murder. So why aren't women charged with murder every time they have an abortion?

  • Of course big companies do not donate money to Breast Cancer, they will only donate to causes that most people actually care about and Prostate Cancer is not one of them.
