It depends whether you're talking about our current anarchy in the international arena between sovereign states or domestic anarchy. One works as a result of a system of states, the latter creates chaos. Anarchism is certainly not what those pricks in the hoodies with the anarchy symbol, burning trashcans and throwing urine, think it is.

Well no urine was thrown, if you watch the press release they say it was mostly dirty dishwater they were using for plants ect. A society without a state and without capitalism does not create chaos, history has shown this. No trashcans were burn't and if they were it might have been an attempt to discredit the anarchists, or an attempt by the anarchists to cause a disruption.
