Currently for training I am using a pet bird seed mix (a cockatiel mix) that is about 90% millet. Someone on a mouse group online suggested this to me.
The mice REALLY like millet, so it works well. Also, the millet seeds are very small, which is good because the mouse has to keep coming back for more. With big seeds, some mice will just go running off and hide while eating the seed.

I'll be posting more videos of my mice over the next few weeks, so be sure to check back. I'll continue to work with them on socialization and then begin to clicker train them--I have all sorts of ideas for tricks. :)
