May i know why the French or the British could not colonize as long as the Mugals where strong? Europeans merely exploited our transaction era from one dynasty to other. Indian empire where far stronger than Iran or Chinas and if you had no way to rule them, then it would have been hard to conquer an established empire here. North Europe, China, Japan where all to isolated for any out siders to care, where as we r at the middle of the trade route, if Europe was here we would have colonized you.
