cos the latinos were the top breakers, the blacks were more into music: look at rock steady crew and nyc breakers - they were the two best crews on the planet at the time and were manily hispanic - he knew who were the best and as a businessman he maximised this. the puerto ricans brought breaking to the world, the blacks destroyed this great culture with their gangsta rap i'm a nigga (which we already know) bullshit. give me the puerto ricans over the blacks any day...fucking rap crap.

He only had two black breakers in the New York City Breakers who weren't even real members of NYC BReakers. They were brought in later.
