The dance is good, really is, but you're emphasizing on some things that really shouldn't be emphasized. It throws off the dance and it makes it very stiff. (i.e. the chest thrusting and). Try flowing the moves together and try and have the dance in all one take! (:

Itll be less awkward and more flow-y.

One more thing I noticed: The dance seems a bit rushed, like youre off beat or something.

Ignore all the haters girl! You did awesome! ^_^ What you may need is a mirrored version of the steps. I'm a dancer, and that's what we use to learn things. You can do the moves in real life the same way you see it on the screen, and because it's mirrored (flipped) it will look the right way when you perform it live. Good luck, and keep on dancing!
