originally when the mogul came out it did not come with sprint TV. so there was a people that made it available. now you can upgrade the mogul to the latest rom (3.56) and it comes with sprint TV

Yes, you can watch tv on the mogul via Sprint TV. It's pretty easy to install. I will send you the link to get it at. And in response to your "full website" question: You need to get Skyfire to get full websites like that. Sign up for the beta at skyfire(dot)com , and they will send the link for you to download it once they're ready for you (but it will take months probably).
