i totally agree man. modern rock sucks man. don't get me wrong, i listen to alot of modern stuff, but it never compares to stuff of old. i only wish black tide had gone about things a bit different, cos they could have really made something of themselves if they hadn't just taken the easy road. people forget what musics really about, and i know that sounds cheesy. too many people want to make money, when all they should really care about is playing music and having a solid, loyal fanbase.

i really hope when black tide go back to the studio, they take their time doing the next album. that's why so much modern rock sucks ass, because the label just wants them straight back in the studio, doing another album. they should tour, build a solid fanbase, get experienced, cos they are quite young, and then go back and start writing again.
