I don't think anyone cares, honestly. If James Rolfe (I don't know who he is) is a fan who originally made this montage, I don't think anyone cares because all he did was put clips (from a movie he didn't make) to music (which he also didn't make). If he had something to do with the music and/or Rocky films (i.e. he made the movies and/or music) then he's sweet, but everyone already knows what this is from and probably already saw all of the movies.
