About 25%(which is one-forth lol) of the black population is on welfare, roughly 10-11 million people & about 11% of the Latino population is on welfare roughly 4-5 million people. About 25%(which is one-forth lol) of the black population is on welfare, roughly 10-11 million people & about 11% of the Latino population is on welfare roughly 4-5 million people. Last time i checked 11% and 25% were both less than one-forth. So do a little algebra. That's roughly 39% of the welfare going to whites, 38% to blacks & 17% to latinos. Whties cost the most money

I am Puerto Rican born in Caguas. I am not proud of excessive noise. I am not proud of cars skitting on roads. It is actually one of the biggest reasons our neighborhoods go to shit. When people who think they represent "puertoricanism" by being loud and annoying do a freaking parade.

I been to the island and know my culture and i repp hard it's that feeling you get when your people get together as one .This shows the pride we have inside and you don't need to go to the island to learn that it's in the blood .
