Marvin, I've had my snare here next to the computer tonight watching these brush videos working on the slap and also those various ways to play the triplets. I used to do them even with the same or similar sticking, but the strokes were making it just right. That slap stroke helps when played with the kind of touch that you use to play it. The movement of the brushes when you work that sweeping triplet really gives it that sound, so I'm going back and shedding on that. Thank you again.
