Oh what I would have given to hear Virgil play the Walcker organ inside Ulm Cathedral... or even just a recording of it. I've heard the organ has over 9 seconds of reverberation!

Yeah, this is the spirit and the history of ULM - we do not need a bishop to build a building that ist hardly believed not being a cathedral.

We are Swabians, and we do it. Why? Because we REALLY can (since 1397!)

Please do not believe this is the organ at ULM Minster. The organ there is HYGH with 5 manuals and over 200 stops. THis is an organ recording of Virgil Fax..Why the person placing this would not tell this is beone me, and unethical!

Ha Ha! The organ you are actually hearing is the Aeolian Skinner organ at none other than the Rockefeller-Riverside church in New York! This is a Laser light re-mastered recording from none other than Virgil Fox himself, one time organist at Riverside. It is nice though :)

Beautiful and impressive..yes it is too bad that it is not a cathedral, that the church in Germany does not have any bishops and dioceses as a lutheran church should.
