Two Q's, two air horns, two e-sirens, two silver bells, a light bar, and a light row right above the light bar...it's crazy. Search Mount Horeb Squad and you'll see....I'm all for visibility and bells and whistles...but there's a limit haha

@HaggisMcMutton263 They are used as a Regular Ambo staffing, 1 Officer(LT or Capt), and 2 Firefighters. They respond, and ONLY do ALS transports. Squads do the BLS transports. These Rescues do what every other Rescue can do, but have some Firefighting Equipment like Pike Poles, Irons, and etc.. The newer Rescues have hoselines that can be connected to a hydrant so they can do Fire Attack. On Fire Scenes, these Rescues do Searches, Vent, and Forcible Entry. And the cab is large due to 3 members

SimonLyJo- No, you do have a point in there somewhere. I understand, regardless of the emergency apparatus responding, people should do their part to move or stop for them. However, I suppose the way people drive these days has become more careless than ever and never realize anything is going on around them half the time. On another note, the ambulance is almost the size of an average rescue truck, so I think it would somewhat be necessary to have the Q and airhorns, just to play safe

No matter if its a fire truck or an ambulance they are both emergency vehicles and need to get through traffic as quickly and safely as possible. Over here in Australia, we have it so the first ones to respond to a medical emergancy is your normal bravo company (2 person crew) respond and if they need back up the call for a M.I.C.A paramedic, which is your next level up from your normal bravo team. If the patient is critical enogh then a a Rescue chopper is then called....

Look at the Rear compartment doors, setup just like 99% of ambulances, one on the left two in the rear.
