I have seen many people eating alot, but they also run for an hour before their official work out. And they dont gain a single pound.

Some people prefer switching to salad(s) and run for an hour before their official work out. (Mostly girls)

I have a problem, that I smoke alot so I have a belly out a little. It is hard to quit than quitting meat and becoming completely vegan. The only thing I need to do is quit smoking so I can run and actually start a work out. Will follow these vids. Thanks.
