The original song IS dubstep. Also, there is no such thing as 'dubstep effects'. The only thing that was changed on this track was the flow of the drums and a wobble. In my opinion, it's not nearly as effective as the original because the added and altered instrumentation don't really serve any purpose, and depending on who you talk to, it hinders the ability of the original.
