When you are young and hurting you do alot of stupid things, even if it may take your life but if you live through them then you learn the lessons of humility and gratefulness. There is a christian song by Donnie McClurkins that says "We Fall Down But We Get Up ". Thank God , Dennis got back up and deciding to live. Congradulations Dennis; may your life be fill with the blessings of God always.
What a disgrace that Rodman is inducted into the HOF. Bernard King, Mel Daniels, Sidney Moncrief, Roger Brown, and so many more deserving. I guess Buck Williams should have Kicked a Camera man, head butted a referee and dyed his hair Pink and Green and he would be in also.
Dennis Rodman, whether you hate him, love him, have no idea what to think about him, was an individual. At the end of the day he was himself and flamboyant, emotional but he was and still is unique. We've all had our share of screw ups, and he has had his publicized to the world. Just as maturity comes with experience, maturity comes from seeing priorities clearly in life. Dennis seems to have made that distinction, a uniquely talented basketball player and hopefully an even better individual.
saw him at an airport and i bothered him to take a picture during when he was buying some and a was like come on but then we took the picture quickly and he had a big smile lol
He deserves it. The man knew what he had to do on the court. He could rebound like no other. He is probably the best rebounder the game has ever seen. His body had no boundries. I remember seeing him dive 4 rows up into the stands for a ball. Great player for sure !
there will never be a dennis rodman. talk about mind games? this man was a mind game. u could never figure out what he was gonna do. and i love every minute of it
Rodman is not only one of the best defensive players and rebounders in the game, but the guy's basketball IQ was so high, he was so smart playing the game (maybe not so much getting all the technicals) but if you watch the old chicago bulls games with MJ and Scottie, the guy brought all the intangibles, something that was needed.
Dennis' average of 18.7 rebs/gm for a season, at 6'7" tall and in the modern era, is way more impressive than Wilt averaging 25 rebs/gm against a bunch of little white guys
YES, the worm made it the world needs to know just how amazing this guy is and he is a HOF always was the days on the pistons just look at those games vs jordan the man was a beast, then him with jordan thats just unprecedented the bulls was the best RODMAN a beast to be untamed....
He's a legend...they know his face all over the world...One of the best players in NBA history..the guy could finish a fast break on top of the rebounding and lock down D.
@RubberWilbur Have you heard about Bill Russell ???? Look his statistics(22,5 rebounds a game in normal season and 24,9 rebounds a game in playoff) and Wilt (22,9 rebounds a game in normal season and 24,5 rebounds a game in playoff) so shut up and first think and after that talk
@01234567891989 No I don't need to think before I talk because I'm smarter than you. Bill Russel played in a league at the time with pro players who are not even half as good as players from the 80s and 90s. The players from the 80s and 90s are way way better than the ones before them and better than the players today. When Russell played you had a bunch of white amateurs and sub par athletes (ABA). Dennis played against Malone, Kareem, Jordan, Magic, Bird, Barkley, Oneal, Ewing, Hakeem, etc
@RubberWilbur Lol smater than me because your telling me that rodman is the best ??? thats why ? XD . He is in top 5 but not the best. There are other better than him and averaging more rebounds than him
@RubberWilbur In playoff Rodman the best year is 14.8 with spurs. Kareem had 17.7. Barkley had 15.8. Olajuwon had 16.8. Tim Ducan had 15.4. Shaq had 15.8. Ben Wallace had 16.3. More players ???? Im talking about playoff where there is the important thing to win the ring not the season. Im not telling that rodman wasnt a good defense player, im only telling you that are other players much betters than him.
@Ldale11 Why does is there always have to be an asshole that throws stats out there fuck? Nobody gives a fuck let the guy have his moment. If you have more rebounds than dennis then come talk to me until then shut the fuck up and enjoy the video!!
okay i dont hear him LOOL.

Well deserved HOF inductee. Rodman was a rebounding machine, excellent defender and high-energy player for many years.

@RubberWilbur WRONG!!! Great, yeah, but not even the best ever. There's several guys in front of him. Some of them averaged 20+-30 a game.
Ldale11 6 months ago
@Ldale11 Umm.....there is no one that has averaged 20 to 30 rebounds a game. Are you stupid? Not even Wilt Chamberlain in the 60s averaged that.
