  • What is the lithograph potential?

  • @gregoryscottsr If you could call in to our office and ask for Andy, you can discuss this in more depth. 866-571-1066.

  • what tool is that for this material ?

  • how long did it take to machine this whole thing?

  • What type of foam are you using? Obviously you have a vacuum system running but I am impressed by how clean it is.

  • It think that it is just a sheet of rigid insulation from Home Depot.

  • yeah its hard foam

  • With what did you paint the styrofoam

  • We never painted it. The original pieces that we scanned into the computer were made of plastic. I really don't know how our customers finish up the models that cut from foam. Sorry!

  • @mefliz It's easy to do - just coat with pva glue then you can spray it with most primers, etc. If you were to spray it without coating with PVA you'd probably end up dissolving the styrofoam.

  • We can go much faster. This was a video that was part of a Do It Yourself DIY Network show called Cool Tools. They told us what they wanted and we did it. When someone wants to put you on TV and give you free advertising, you do what they say. :)

  • wicked... except why would you want to duplicate those hideous plastic fruits!

  • thats pretty cool
