This plane has a copy protection hardcode, if your engines will not start there are two possibilities
1. The install was corrupted, to resolve reinstall the aircraft. If multiple reinstall attempts fail to resolve the issue, contact Captain Sim with your product license information and they'll get you a working installer.
2. You pirated the aircraft. if you really want to fly it, buy it.
When the throttles are below the detent, they are at Idle Cutoff position
When you move the throttles over the detent at 16% on the N-1 Gauge on start up, the microswitches in the throttle quadrant close and power is applied to the igniters which lights the engine
If you pull the throttles back over the detent, you'll shut the engine down
Start with your throttles at full reverse. Then, after waiting a moment, add thrust and then back down to 0%. Don't go back to full reverse, or engines will cut out.
