I don't think that translation is quite accurate, particularly in the stresses placed on the phrasing. "itsumademo" has always been translated as "without fail"

I take issue with the many translations which fail to bring across the impact meant to be imparted by the appending of this phrase to certain lines/stanzas.

The 3 or 4 subtly different translations i've found also indicate elision of thoughts between the couplets which doesn't seem to be properly explored. A truly deep piece of lyrics
