Frogs and crickets at night

Actually, the most dominate sound, especially in the beginning of the video, is the ''common true katydid'

The predominant sound here is made by katydids, which are insects very similar to grasshoppers.

what the other sound in the back round? i hear it like toward the end of the summer here mostly.wow is that a train? sounds alot different then up here.

Reminds me off summer in South Texas and Northern Mexico. Here, you here crickets, frogs, and the occasional train horn in the distance.

I love the sound of frogs and crickets. Takes me back to when I was young, and you could leave your windows open without fear of some stranger climbing in. The sound is so peaceful, and soothing. Thanks!
