yeah good now i can make my body much better i was only 15 yrs old and i got a good body hehehehe gonna make it better than ever.....no time for laziness
Squats, Dead Lift, Hack Squats, Leg Curls, Calf Raises. Remember never to get too big, it's unattractive, be athletic that's the goal. To lose fat just run and sweat
i do have definition right now and strength, but im 17 and im trying to gain more mass, im 143 pounds heavy, thats a bit low,and im not sure about protein shakes because they all include raw eggs, and i hear salmonella is popular in hot conditions.... so im avoiding eggs..
i did start eating top quality tuna
(30 grams of protein) and i need 50
im eating it 4 times a week along with other protein full stuff
any other replacements for eggs to use in protein shakes?
@132mikle@132mikle Tuna is a great source of protein, but last month's issue of Runner's World recommended limiting your weekly intake to two 6oz cans due to tuna's potentially high mercury content. If you want to stick to canned seafood, though, you can also try canned salmon. Poultry (like chicken and turkey) is a great source of lean protein.

@132mikle And if you want to try protein shakes without eggs, you can always invest in protein powder. It comes in a variety of flavors, like chocolate and vanilla, and can be mixed with water or blended in a smoothie. A lot of whey protein powders contain about 20g of protein per serving, and you can drink more than one a day.
well unless you can do a front lateral raise with 35 then go for it man. But you're combining lunges with shoulder presses, and lunging with 35 lbs on each hand is grueling. So stick with 8-10 pounds.
he was sweating b4 d demonstration... look at his shirt its all stick in cz of sweat... probably he hd sme warm up or stretching done b4 d demonstration...

This is an outstanding cardio workout to burn fat, and toning up. If you're looking to gain muscle mass, this isn't the exercise for you.
esiosan 2 years ago 3
what do u recommend for muscle mass?
132mikle 2 years ago
Answering for 132mikle question:
For mass you first need to have a steady routine go a little heavy on the weights, and take your protein drink daily.
My routine:
Monday and Thursday (Upper body)
Shoulder Press, Inclined Chest Press, Flat Chest Press, Chest Cable Flys, Lat Pull Downs, Seated Row.
Tuesday and Friday (Lower body)
Squats, Dead Lift, Hack Squats, Leg Curls, Calf Raises. Remember never to get too big, it's unattractive, be athletic that's the goal. To lose fat just run and sweat

I never thought about raising my arms up while doing push-ups. If this works out the abdomen area looks like I'll add that to my workout routine.
