  • yeah good now i can make my body much better i was only 15 yrs old and i got a good body hehehehe gonna make it better than ever.....no time for laziness

  • def. gonna try it out. He is so cute. =)

  • This is an outstanding cardio workout to burn fat, and toning up. If you're looking to gain muscle mass, this isn't the exercise for you.

  • what do u recommend for muscle mass?

  • Answering for 132mikle question:

For mass you first need to have a steady routine go a little heavy on the weights, and take your protein drink daily.

    My routine:

    Monday and Thursday (Upper body)

Shoulder Press, Inclined Chest Press, Flat Chest Press, Chest Cable Flys, Lat Pull Downs, Seated Row.

    Tuesday and Friday (Lower body)

Squats, Dead Lift, Hack Squats, Leg Curls, Calf Raises. Remember never to get too big, it's unattractive, be athletic that's the goal. To lose fat just run and sweat

  • oh, cool thanks :D

i do have definition right now and strength, but im 17 and im trying to gain more mass, im 143 pounds heavy, thats a bit low,and im not sure about protein shakes because they all include raw eggs, and i hear salmonella is popular in hot conditions.... so im avoiding eggs..

i did start eating top quality tuna

(30 grams of protein) and i need 50

im eating it 4 times a week along with other protein full stuff

any other replacements for eggs to use in protein shakes?

  • @132mikle @132mikle Tuna is a great source of protein, but last month's issue of Runner's World recommended limiting your weekly intake to two 6oz cans due to tuna's potentially high mercury content. If you want to stick to canned seafood, though, you can also try canned salmon. Poultry (like chicken and turkey) is a great source of lean protein.

  • @132mikle And if you want to try protein shakes without eggs, you can always invest in protein powder. It comes in a variety of flavors, like chocolate and vanilla, and can be mixed with water or blended in a smoothie. A lot of whey protein powders contain about 20g of protein per serving, and you can drink more than one a day.

  • When does the workout start? So far I saw my little sister's warmup, and that's about it...

  • why is he sweating? is he actually getting a workout with those weights because those weights so small my bicep can eat those in one bite.

  • well aren't you special ryu :) that's not the point....

  • idgaf

  • very good job and I love the variation of the combination the exercises. Keep it up!

  • KA MEEE HAAAAAAA MEEEEEE HAAAAA!!!!!!

  • (8) Robots in -discuise..

  • loving the sound effects lol :]

  • *laugh* yeah, he does sound like a Transformer with the noise, but he's really doing it to show where you should breathe.

  • My new Year resolution is to lose some extra pounds. This really helps thanks!

  • For each movement, how many do you have to do?

  • Tshhhhhh...!! Lol

  • ok homey, whatever you say

  • Wow you are simply the best

    looking forward for your update

  • This is excellent ! thank you! :)

  • thanks for the tips 5 stars. can you post workouts for the forearms that you can do at home when you dont have access to a gym.

  • make sure you dont forgett the tsssss in the end ^^

  • Looks like a good work out, but the cameraman pretty much sucks.

  • Awesome workout tips. Its obviously workin for you too. 5 stars.

If your bored & feel like checkin out a cheesy zombie flick come over to my channel & watch my latest vid!

  • thank you very much!

    excellent dome!

i will follow the work everyday!

  • this workout made my ass sexy!

  • just one question why would i use 8-10 pounds for these exercises? for shoulder press i at lease use 35?

  • well unless you can do a front lateral raise with 35 then go for it man. But you're combining lunges with shoulder presses, and lunging with 35 lbs on each hand is grueling. So stick with 8-10 pounds.

  • u think if i tsssched twice as much....i would get twice the workout?

    =)

  • You gotta do the "tsssch" sound or else it doesnt work!

  • I «tsssch» know what you're «tsssch» saying.

  • Exactly! i know, i have skillz!

  • I never thought about raising my arms up while doing push-ups. If this works out the abdomen area looks like I'll add that to my workout routine.

  • I do that while I sleep! By the way......Nice fat ass

    lol

  • You should probably get that checked up on.

  • Great demo !

It's really good daily work for people who want to keep healthy, good cardio without too much muscles ~ Thanks

I used to do running a lot...but then worrying about the knee degradation

  • The guy in this workout is weak.

  • Nice ass

  • if you don't wath the video but just hear the audio it's like he's giving birth. "Push in, and now push out. PSSSH" LOL good work out though

  • DANG! he sweats fast. he barely did anything i dont even sweat dat fast. it takes me a really good workout.

  • I hope you all know that this type of workout will NOT make you strong.

You'll just burn a few more calories than standard cardio.

  • those push ups is the truth!!1

  • Bryan, you were definitely working up a sweat. How many reps do you do with each? In the video you only did a few each for the demonstration.

  • he was sweating b4 d demonstration... look at his shirt its all stick in cz of sweat... probably he hd sme warm up or stretching done b4 d demonstration...

  • this guy is kool xD

  • acctually those exercises would work but you would have to do them in cardio at a good pace in order for them to work

  • the pushups are hard

  • i know in gym i coudn't do one

  • OR you just get your ass to the gym

  • No way he got this body from just doing these exercises.

  • yeah ur totally right. he'd probably be doing these with 10 x the weight at least, tons of cardio and wahtever.

  • actually he prolly did just prolly not those lil weights prolly 15 lbs

  • lol more like 30 or 40 lbs...

  • ahahah he din get that body from workout

... black people are born big. naturally. it doesnt take much for em to blow up too big =P

  • yea i don't like all the posture stuff

thats why i like treadmill i can do pretty much anything as long as i keep moving lol

  • I was just thinking the exact same thing

  • a lot of these look like they would be hard to keep good form with
