Yeah I remember playing that night, great gig, we had lots of beers after, but sad that your parents did not agree to let you see torment............you would of have a brillent time!!! we had a blast being in torment and performing, simon was a legend.
kev 'torment' haynes
ps. lookign forward to going to a psycho gig soon!
I remember being too young for my parents to let me go to a Torment Concert and then I finally had my parents agree and poor Simon commited suicide.....
because he fell into depression cuz his wife divorced him and evntually turning crazy and sent to an insane asylum where he later hung himself on a tree outside the asylum
posi points, sympathy vote !! actually, he killed himself coz he realised in 20 years time a load of tosshead americans would figure out who he was and leech popularity off his back. long live the good old days of BRITISH/GOOD psychobilly........ BARKBARKBARK
at least he's being appreciated rather than being completely ignored, that would be a whole lot worse. but i agree with you, only british psychobilly should be classified as REAL psychobilly. i live in the states and i can't stand any of the bands from around here
taken from the klub foot video series also available on DVD. recorded 30. august 86. for what i know just the second torment gig that included simon crowfoot ! exciting
I have seen them many years ago in St Niklaas in belgium.... great band... great songs!!!!

Simon was a true psycho. England is the birth place of psychobilly but I think French psychobilly is the best, well that's my opinion.

Theres only a handful of good bands that play some 80's psychobilly and they recreated the sound
But everyone else sucks
TORMENT are Fukin Legends it sucks theyre not around anymore
They would be laughing at all the shit here in the states
Wreck it Up !!!
