Yes actualy you can. Go to the settings menu and enable voice regotnicion. restart the game, When you are in a game and some one else has it enabled Press controll hold it while you speak!

There is only one map currently with driveable cars. SF Snakeplain allows you to drive Humvees. Other than that, no other map lets you drive just yet.

There is an editor out though that, with proper knowledge, you can make quite a few driveable vehicles. It's rather hard to do though.

Its on PS2 and Xbox but its not the same game. The console version, AA rise of a soldier, is set more for single player. As for the 360 and the PS3 i don't know because i didn't see anything on the official site.

I still rather play it on computer for the reasons RatDave cited and because you don't have to pay membership fees (i.e. xbox live) to play online

I'd say the PC version is a lot more better. I've played quite a few FPSs on PS2 back in my day, and I know for a fact that playing with a mouse and keyboard is superior. That, not to mention that I don't believe this came out for PS2 to begin with. If you have an X-Box 360 though, I heard they're working on a new version that will be comming out soon.
