Oh Sam whoever that was who spoke of their health issues please tell them to email me here then I will give my personal email. I can relate to this person and I think I can offer friendship. I am 39 and have won the battle of cancer but now have heart issues due to the radiation. I know how to keep up the positive during this and can help her. Please write me whoever you are!!! There are amazing support groups right on the net at your finger tips that can and will help you through this.

Saw Oil CEO interview today. Said mega billions quarterly profits -- people don't look at profit margins as they have spent 23 of the 25 billion made - cooked books. Bullfunkle!! One billion would be his salary & profit share!! Gov oil subsidies should end ASAP. They all sit in Cheney's back pocket. Give an electric shock -- could take them all down as Cheney has pacemaker -- ZAP!!

I know they oil companies make money but I saw something on the Discovery channel the other day that the worlds oil isn't going to last that long (whether it's 50 years or 200 is irrelevant... but it isn't as long as you might think). I guess my point is they can make vehicles use less and they don't... surely they have at least some of the technology to make things more efficient. Why don't they if they could just charge more for the technology to make up for the loss in revenue in oil sales.

I guess in the back of my mind I was thinking of things like the trucking industry where if they made it instead of 5-8 mpg make it 8-12 mpg (it would be a start). The fuel that gets burnt hauling twinkies would boggle the mind. :P

And no I'm not a trucker. Just think of the fuel used, a lot of trucks drive over 150,000 miles a year.
