You're right, Giorgion25! That guy's intro was way too long. Doh! You can't start describing how great the kid is until the audience has been given the chance to make their own judgement. Also the sound quality is technically poor, so he's doing the singer no favors letting this go out on YouTube. Jal Joshua IS AMAZING. Now he needs a world-class agent.
